The site itself seemed fine to use, but I don’t know, the brand just feels a little shaky to me right now lol. I’d probably be a bit cautious before fully trusting them

The color selection is good, especially for pens and markers. I was able to find most of the shades I needed, though I do wish a few of the sets came with more options.

The site was simple to use and I didn’t really run into any problems. Nothing felt overly complicated, and any extra hassle would’ve been unnecessary...

I had a question about one of my pens, so I sent a message not expecting much. I figured I’d probably get some generic reply or have to explain myself a few times.

Instead, customer service got back to me quickly and actually answered the specific thing I was asking about. It felt like a real person read my message and understood what I needed, which made the whole thing way less frustrating.
It was a simple interaction, but to me that says a lot about a company. If they’re easy to deal with when you have a small question, I’m much more comfortable ordering from them again

I’m still waiting for my order and it feels like it’s taking forever. I don’t get why shipping has to be this complicated and slow.

I was able to look up pens and markers without too much trouble, but the site definitely felt a little clunky. Some details took way more clicks to find than I expected, and it wasn’t the smoothest on my phone. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seem to change, it makes the whole experience feel a bit annoying. It’s not a bad site overall, but it could definitely be easier to use

I like the products overall, and my gut says they’re worth buying when they’re available. But the pens I usually want seem to be out of stock way too often, which gets a bit frustrating.

The ink itself is good and writes nicely, but I don’t know why the tips seem to wear down so quickly. Some lasted fine, while others felt worn out way sooner than I expected. Overall it’s okay, just not super consistent.

I’ve been using these Sakura pens for sketching and quick notes, and the ink is really solid. At first I thought it was just fine, but actually the more I use them, the more I like them. It flows smoothly, barely skips, and dries fast on my paper. The black is nice and dark too, not that watery gray look some pens have. I haven’t had any smearing unless I mess with it right away. Overall, I’m happy with them

The box showed up all crushed, which was disappointing, honestly. The packaging just looked like it had been tossed around a bit, and, yeah, it wasn’t in great shape when it arrived.

I bought these Sakura pens thinking they’d be solid for labeling and keeping notes that I wanted to last, but after some time, a few things I wrote faded more than I expected. They’re probably fine for everyday writing, but I’m not sure I’d use them again for anything important or archival. What made it more annoying was getting the usual canned apology type of response instead of anything actually helpful. Disappointing, because I expected better reliability from this brand.

One of the markers in my pen set arrived dried out, which was a little frustrating, but my gut told me it was probably an easy fix and not worth stressing over.
I emailed Sakura, and they replied quickly. They just asked for a photo, then sent out a replacement without making it complicated. It showed up a few days later, and the whole process was really smooth.

These pens are good for the price. They write smoothly and do what they’re supposed to, so I’d say they’re worth it. The only thing is the shipping felt a little off, like the package took some mystery detour nobody wants to admit happened. Not saying there’s a whole pen-delivery conspiracy going on... but I did start wondering for a minute

I really liked these Sakura pens at First, they write nice and look good, but the tips just don’t hold up for me. after a few pages they started feeling scratchy and uneven, even with just normal writing. for the price, I expected them to last longer. not the worst pens ever, just kinda Disappointing.
